The Hotel Grand Chancellor Adelaide has a unique opportunity for an experienced Hotel Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) to join our team.

Responsibilities- Food and Beverage Outlets and Room Service
- Reservations (rooms inventory/yield management)
- Front Office (including property management systems and associated software)
- Middle Management Development and Growth
The Executive Assistant Manager reports directly to the General Manager (GM) and works closely with the GM to assume responsibility for the smooth day‑to‑day running of the hotel operations, profitability, guest experience and employee culture.
The successful EAM will be supported by the GM and HR Department to assist with their transition.
