The Briscoe Hotel Group are seeking an experienced Duty Manager for the Penrith Hotel located in Penrith. This is a busy venue and will require a manager who has worked in a similar size venue.
Responsibilities- Assist Senior Management with the daily operation of the venue.
- Responsible for maintaining that welcoming feel to the establishment.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
- Communicate and implement policies and procedures to staff, to ensure operational and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Opening/closing of the Hotel - 4 am finishes.
