We are a small Family owned and operated Hotel Group that is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager/Duty Manager to join our team. The venue provides full hotel facilities including a Bar, TAB, Bistro, Gaming and Functions.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Licensee to ensure the day to day operations of the venue run smoothly, whilst the highest standards of customer service are being met.
We are open to the Duty Manager role, being either full-time, part-time or casual.
We currently have positions available in Parramatta and Sutherland.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:- Proven success in a Hotel role.
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
- Sound negotiation and complaint handling skills.
- Strong experience in gaming.
- Strong leadership and culture building skills.
- A passion for leading and developing people.
- An ability to have fun while achieving targets.
- RSA & ARCG required.
- Be available Nights & Weekends.
