Your Role as Hospitality Services Team MemberYou’ll deliver person‑centred services across the Sinnamon Park aged care village, providing essential cleaning, kitchen, and laundry services to each home. You will:
- Deliver excellent food safety and catering services using safe food handling practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere across the facility.
- Support residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing with respect and compassion.
- Identify and act on health and environmental hazards to keep everyone safe.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork within a supportive environment.
- A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience working in hospitality, cleaning, or housekeeping roles.
- Excellent flexibility and the ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Respect and empathy for residents, families, and colleagues.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn catering, cleaning, and infection control procedures.
