Role Overview
The Barista will be responsible for preparing beverages and refreshments, serving guests and clients professionally, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our office café area.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Welcome and attend to guests, clients, and internal staff with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and service area
- Manage stock of ingredients, supplies, and equipment
- Support reception/guest management during peak hours (when needed)
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (internal + UAE requirements)
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista (café, hospitality, hotel, or retail)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, presentable, and professional demeanor
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple orders at once
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi
