Head Chef – Emu Halls Bar and Kitchen

Emu Halls is looking for an experienced Head Chef to take charge of our kitchen operations and deliver consistent, high-quality food with every service. We're after someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and maintains a strong, motivated team.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations
- Leading, training and supporting the kitchen team
- Ensuring food quality, presentation and consistency across all services
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and kitchen discipline
- Managing stock levels, ordering and cost control
- Supporting menu development and seasonal additions
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for consistent quality and efficient service
- Ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen with confidence
