We’re looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our vibrant café team at The Coffee Collective in the heart of Wonthaggi.
What You’ll Do- Lead and inspire our barista team to deliver consistently excellent coffee with Latte Art.
- Maintain high standards for espresso quality, milk texturing, and presentation.
- Oversee daily coffee operations – calibration, stock control, training, and service flow.
- Support the café manager in creating an efficient, positive work environment.
- 2 + years’ experience as a senior or head barista.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and dial-in techniques.
- Great communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure.
