Quest Macquarie Park is a modern, serviced apartment hotel located just north-west of Sydney’s CBD. The property features 110 well‑appointed rooms, designed to provide guests with a comfortable, relaxing experience. Conveniently located only 500 meters from Macquarie Park Train Station, we provide easy access to Sydney’s city centre.

The Role
  • Delivering exceptional, personalised service to guests.
  • Responding to accommodation inquiries.
  • Processing reservations.
  • Assisting guests with check‑ins, check‑outs, and providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and local area.
  • Ensuring the seamless operation of the reception desk.
The Ideal Candidate

Will demonstrate a passion for customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, a keen eye for detail, high standards of personal presentation, and a highly team orientated ethos.

Previous experience in front office reception within the hospitality, travel, or tourism industries is highly desirable. Other customer‑facing roles, such as retail, will also be considered.

Key Requirements
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
