About The RoleAs the Hotel Manager, you’ll take charge of daily operations, delivering outstanding guest experiences while upholding and protecting the brand’s reputation and assets.
About You- 2 + years experience in hospitality management roles
- RSA certification
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Excellent computer skills – word, excel, outlook, room booking systems an advantage
- Demonstrated previous experience with critical analysis situations and proactive problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
- Experience in effective and engaging communication with various skilled and unskilled employees
- Proven record of training and building teams
