Barklys Kitchen' is looking for an experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our dynamic team in Brunswick, VIC. This is a full-time position within our thriving hospitality business, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing front-of-house operations.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring efficient and seamless service
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all guests
- Rostering, training and leading the FOH team to exceed customer expectations
- Must be Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are delivered to the highest standards
- Continuously improving processes and implementing new initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar FOH manager role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends and public holidays
