- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area

- Great communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask during busy periods
- Experience is preferred but not essential
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily service operations
- Leading and supporting the FOH team
- Managing bookings, service flow and customer experience
- Handling closing/opening procedures
- Training and supporting new team members
We're looking for:
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience
- Minimum of 2+ years supervisory or managerial experience required
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- RSA required
Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with prep and cooking
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Pack takeaway and delivery orders
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours
