As an Experienced Barista at H&H Catering, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages in a fast-paced café environment. This casual role is located in Avoca Beach NSW, and offers flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doingPreparing a wide range of coffee drinks, teas, and other speciality beverages to the highest standards.
Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service.
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
Assisting with general café duties as required, such as restocking and inventory management.
Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed.
What we're looking forAt least 3 years of experience as a barista in a busy café or coffee shop environment.
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and drink preparation.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, friendly, and collaborative attitude.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays - at least one day on the weekend must be worked.
Approx hours about 30 throughout the week.
