We are looking for a creative and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai! As part of our dynamic team, the Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and creating amazing dishes for our guests. The successful candidate will be creative and innovative with excellent culinary skills. They should have a passion for food and an eye for detail, to ensure they produce high-quality food that meets the standards of our customers.
The successful candidate must have at least five years of experience in a similar role as well as professional qualifications in culinary arts or equivalent. They must possess excellent knowledge of food presentation, hygiene practices, menu planning, cost control, and inventory management. The Executive Chef must also be able to manage their time effectively and maintain high standards when it comes to customer service. They should have strong communication skills to effectively lead the kitchen staff as well as manage relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
