Job Description:
The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of food preparation, including menu planning, recipe development, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. The candidate should have a passion for culinary excellence and strong leadership skills to manage the kitchen team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative menus appealing to customers
- Supervise kitchen staff in daily activities
- Ensure dishes are prepared according to recipes
- Monitor food quality and ingredient freshness
- Maintain proper stock levels and inventory
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Train staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Proven culinary expertise, particularly in Middle Eastern cuisine
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Salary: 1700 AED/monthly. We are open to considering immigrant applicants.
