- Ensure compliance with food safety standards while maintaining budget constraints.
- Develop new recipes and collaborate with other team members to create innovative dishes that meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills and excellent communication capabilities.
- Experience managing kitchen operations and knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Degree in culinary arts or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
