Responsibilities

- Stay knowledgeable about current culinary trends, ingredients, menus and food preparation techniques.
- Develop creative, visually appealing dishes that meet customer tastes.
- Manage inventory and food cost control to optimize hotel profits.
Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
