Executive Chef - Dibba-El-Fujairah
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. This is a great opportunity for any immigrant to join a dynamic team in this vibrant city. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and manage all culinary operations in the kitchen while creating and maintaining a high standard of cuisine and service.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene principles and ability to ensure standards are maintained
• Excellent culinary skills with creative flair
• Proven experience managing budgets
• Highly organised with effective time management skills
Duties:
• Leading the kitchen team by setting goals, providing guidance, motivation, training and monitoring performance
• Developing new menus with creative ideas while keeping up with current trends
• Ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards using fresh ingredients
• Implementing health & safety regulations in food preparation processes
• Maintaining an accurate inventory of food supplies, equipment and other kitchen items
Salary: 1600 AED per month. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.
