About You:- Mature‑minded, driven and honest individual.
- Able to confidently train and lead a team.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ensuring superior service and quality to ensure delivery of outstanding guest experiences.
- Drive a positive working environment and lead by example as manager.
- Knowledge of, and interest in, all things gaming. Must have TAB/gaming experience.
- Able to work full‑time, shift‑work hours. Late night and weekend availability are a must.
- Basic knowledge of industry regulations.
- Maintaining current market knowledge and harnessing your ability to engage and execute promotional/marketing concepts to assist in business growth.
- Critical to this role is the ability to take a strategic approach in driving revenue.
- Management, food and beverage, customer service and achieving financial targets.
- 1 year Hospitality Management experience
- Exposure to both Bar and Restaurant environments
- Experience in the controlling financial aspects of a businessThe ability to lead, train and develop a team
- First aid certificate is preferred but not essential
- Ideal candidate would have Approved Managers Certificate and ARCG
