- Support daily prep, stock rotation, inventory and equipment upkeep
- Monitor quality, waste and labour to help meet cost targets
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
- Strong background in high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchens
- Proven ability to operate to WHS/HACCP standards
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations and a passion for great food
- Confident working independently when required
- Availability to work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts, and occasional evening shifts
