What will you do?
  • Prepare, cook and present high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced kitchen
  • Maintain presentation, portion control and quality standards across the menu
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, WHS and HACCP requirements
  • Support daily prep, stock rotation, inventory and equipment upkeep
  • Monitor quality, waste and labour to help meet cost targets
More about you
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
  • Strong background in high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchens
  • Proven ability to operate to WHS/HACCP standards
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations and a passion for great food
  • Confident working independently when required
  • Availability to work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts, and occasional evening shifts
