About the RoleAs a Commis Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head and Sous Chef, maintain your designated section and help to deliver high‑quality food, supporting prep and service. You’ll play a pivotal role in upholding standards that make Mjølner a memorable Viking experience. It’s fast‑paced, collaborative and rewarding — the kind of kitchen where effort and hard work are noticed and growth is encouraged.
