Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Casual Commis Chef to join our professional and dynamic kitchen team across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will help create memorable culinary moments for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present menu items with variety and flair withinissão cost limits specified by the hotel.
- Ensure strict stock rotation and minimise wastage by implementing and maintaining stock‑control procedures.
- Maintain clean and tidy working areas, wash dishes, and perform general kitchen cleaning.
- Keep all equipment maintained, serviced, and cleaned; report any issues to the Head Chef.
- Trade qualification and prior experience in a similarарус role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant; dinner service required.
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
- Exemplary communication skills and excellent organisational proficiency.
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
- Demonstrated food‑safety competence and understanding of HACCP.
