What You’ll Be Doing- Work alongside a passionate team to deliver fresh, flavoursome dishes with consistency and flair.
- Keep cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of food presentation and hygiene.
- Stay organised and efficient through smart prep, planning, and communication.
- Support your teammates with positivity and professionalism—no job too big or small!
- Contribute to stock management, cost control, and minimising waste.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (completed).
- Experience in a busy restaurant, bistro, or hotel kitchen.
- A genuine love for great food and a hunger to learn and grow.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen procedures.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- High standards of presentation, cleanliness, and teamwork.
- Full Australian working rights.
