- You will assist in the preparation of ingredients and be involved in various cooking processes
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of menu items and seasonal ingredients
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front‑of‑house staff.
- Support senior chefs during service periods and contribute to a positive working environment.

Balgownie Estate is a 4.5‑star Estate boasting 70 hotel rooms, a day spa and a cellar door, located 1 hour from Melbourne CBD in the beautiful Yarra Valley wine region.
Please note we will only consider applicants with full permanent working rights in Australia with no restrictions and full weekend availability.
