The menu has been created by well‑known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter Karen Martini showcasing locally sourced seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold‑pressed juices and signature cocktails.
We are expanding our team in the Kitchen and seeking a professional experienced Commi Chef to support the Head Chef across all areas of this fast‑paced kitchen.
This role offers flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster.
We offer a competitive annual salary and superannuation.
About You- You have a culinary qualification of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Diploma in Hospitality
- You have 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen
- You have knowledge of food professional principles and practices
- You are guest‑centric, a team player and have a positive attitude
- You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
- You are capable, reliable and responsible
- You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
- You are available to work in the evenings & weekends
