About the RoleAs a Bartender at Still & Social, you will play a central role in creating memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of classic and signature cocktails, maintaining the bar to high standards, and delivering exceptional service to every guest. You will work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, enjoyable service from the first pour to the last sip.
This role is perfect for someone who is confident, creative, and passionate about cocktails and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar throughout service
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest
- Ensure accuracy in orders, cash handling, and bar transactions
- Assist with inventory management, stock ordering, and restocking
- Contribute to cocktail menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and a memorable guest experience
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a bartender in a restaurant or cocktail bar
- Confident knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Passionate about hospitality and creating quality experiences
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
