Are you a people person with a genuine passion for hospitality? Join us as a Cluster Reservations Sales Agent (Part Time) and play a key role in connecting guests to exceptional experiences across our hotels.

In this fast-paced, multi-property role, you’ll manage individual and small group bookings, convert enquiries into confirmed stays, and help maximise occupancy and revenue - all while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Convert leads into bookings through effective upselling and product knowledge.
  • Accurately process bookings and maintain system integrity across all cluster hotels.
  • Liaise with Sales, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals.
About You
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with hotel reservations systems (Opera, or similar preferred).
  • A positive, proactive team player with a passion for delivering service excellence.
