The Roles
We have a range of opportunities available, whether you’re looking to take the next step in your career or want to be part of a supportive and energetic kitchen crew. We currently have a variety of opportunities available:
- Senior CDP – Fleur, Perth CBD – Casual role, available for an experienced CDP (Level 6 HIGA Award rates).
- Pastry Chef – Fleur, Perth CBD – Casual role, 30+ hours per week, 2+ years experience in a Pastry Chef role at a similar venue is essential, potential full‑time role in the future (Level 5/6 HIGA Award rates).
- Chef de Partie – The Royal, Perth CBD – Casual role, available for an experienced Commis Chef or CDP (Level 5/6 HIGA Award rates).
- Chef de Partie – Willi's, Perth CBD – Casual role, available for an experienced Commis Chef or CDP (Level 5/6 HIGA Award rates).
We have full‑time hours available throughout summer, for people keen to bring their best to the team.
