Chef Job in Dibba-El-Fujairah
We are looking for a talented chef to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing high-quality dishes and creating exciting new menus for our restaurant. We are open to considering applicants from abroad, with a salary of 1300 AED per month.
The ideal candidate for this position should be creative and able to think outside the box when it comes to menu planning. They should also be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition, the candidate should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Creating innovative dishes and menus based on customer feedback
- Ensuring that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Managing food costs and waste disposal
- Training junior kitchen staff
- Developing relationships with local suppliers for fresh produce
- Ensuring food presentations are up to standard
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Excellent culinary skills with knowledge of different cooking techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
