We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Chef who wants to be part of a fast-paced kitchen that values creativity, balance, and teamwork.
What you’ll do- Assist with daily prep, service, and pack-down
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Rotate and label stock, minimise waste, and keep storage areas organised
- Support other sections when needed and contribute to smooth kitchen operations
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Organised, calm under pressure, and reliable
- Passionate about food and cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- A team player who values clear communication and high standards
- Willingness to work a flexible roster including weekends
- Supportive and friendly kitchen team
- Real input into seasonal menus and daily specials
