- Work as part of a team to support kitchen operations and uphold high standards of quality and service.
- Be an excellent team player.
- Hold a trade certificate in Cookery or relevant employment history.
- Hold a Food Safety Hygiene Certificate.
- Have the ability to work under pressure during peak service times.
- Possess excellent knowledge and demonstrate a passion for food.
