That’s Amore Cheese, an Australian company leader in Italian‑style cheese, is currently seeking a talented and eager Chef to join our Cheesery.
Our menu features many Italian dishes with a modern touch. Our cheeses are often protagonists in these dishes, and we encourage our team to explore creative pairings.
We operate a café on‑site alongside our cheese‑factory. We are open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week.
ResponsibilitiesThe chef we are looking for will be available 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday), with weekday and weekend shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (2 days off per week).
- Cook breakfast and lunch menus.
- Execute our menu with precision and creativity while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and fortnightly specials.
- Provide innovation and culinary expertise, especially with Italian cuisine, or be willing to learn.
- Remain cool under pressure, well‑organised, and punctual.
