We, Sober Pty Ltd, trading as Cobb & Co Roadhouse in Jondaryan, regional QLD, are looking for a full-time Chef
Responsibilities include:
- Plan menus
- Quality control and ensuring food prepared to highest standards
- Monitor food preparation processes at all stages
- May supervise and train staff
- Manage kitchen protocols
- Implement standards and ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety requirements.
- Create daily specials and cook food in a timely manner.
To be successful for this role you will need to:
- Hold Certificate IV in commercial cookery
- Have at least 3-year work experience in industry
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Show willingness to learn and improve
- Thrive under pressure
- Have a flair and a passion for work that you will bring to the kitchen every day
- Be well spoken and must be cleanly presented
