QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in fast paced A La Carte environment

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to lead and inspire culinary teams
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Relevant qualifications - Certificate IV Commercial Cookery
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare, cook, and present visually appealing and delicious dishes
  • Develop and implement creative new recipes to excite our customers
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a motivated kitchen team
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with management on menu planning and development
  • Monitor food costs and control waste
  • Maintain ainghamed and organized kitchen environment
