- Develop and implement creative new recipes to excite our customers
- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Recruit, train, and supervise a motivated kitchen team
- Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and development
- Monitor food costs and control waste
- Maintain ainghamed and organized kitchen environment
