Are you a passionate and creative Chef who loves crafting exceptional breakfast and lunch dishes with an Italian flair? Looking for a talented and motivated Breakfast/Lunch Chef to join our team and bring authentic flavour, flair, and passion to our kitchen.

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified chef who takes pride in delivering fresh, beautifully presented, and flavourful dishes that reflect the warmth and simplicity of Italian cuisine. You’ll work alongside a supportive team in a newly established café/restaurant, focusing on high-quality seasonal produce and traditional techniques with a modern twist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present breakfast and lunch dishes to an excellent standard.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and daily specials.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused kitchen culture.
  • Be adaptable and open to learning new techniques and recipes.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • Passion for Italian cuisine and fresh seasonal ingredients.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to grow with the team.
