Key Responsibilities
- Product Innovation: Create Indian Asian fastfood or fusion menu items for cloud kitchens in the GCC; adapt to UAE/GCC tastes while keeping brand DNA.
- Recipe Engineering: Write precise specs, portion sizes and SOPs that can be reproduced consistently across cloud central or outsourced kitchens; understand retort frozen preservative-based and hotfill processes.
- Sensory & Quality Lead: Tasting panels document feedback and ensure taste, texture and visual consistency; work with QA and ops for repeatable quality.
- Supply Chain Partner: Work with procurement to select suppliers, control costs, shelf life and scalability; scale recipes from lab to batch with central kitchen and copackers.
- Cloud Kitchen Ops: Develop SOPs for prep, cooking, assembly, packaging and dispatch; train staff and audit kitchens for compliance.
