We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team at Musaffah. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals to the highest standards, working closely with other members of the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations. We are offering a salary of 900 AED, and are open to considering foreign candidates.
Job Summary
The main responsibilities of this role include: creating menus; designing recipes; ordering ingredients; preparing and cooking meals; monitoring food quality and presentation; supervising kitchen staff; keeping up with industry trends. The Chef should also maintain a clean working environment, adhere to food safety regulations, and comply with all local health codes.
Requirements for Candidate
The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years’ experience in professional cooking. They should have excellent culinary skills, knowledge of menu designs, and be able to work quickly under pressure. The Chef must also have good communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as good organizational skills.
