PCA HOSPITALITY PTY LTD T/A MR PAISLEY – Caringbah NSW
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at Mr Paisley's, a vibrant and popular restaurant in Caringbah, NSW. As our new Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality, innovative dishes that delight our customers. This is a full-time role, we trade 7 days till 3pm and based in our Cafe in Caringbah.
What you'll be doing- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
- Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standard of quality, taste and presentation
- Managing and training a team of kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and high standards
- Developing new menu items and recipes to keep the menu fresh and appealing
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional customer service
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Formal training or qualifications in hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
- Strong time management and organisational skills to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
- Commitment to upholding high food safety and hygiene standards
