Paragon Seafood is seeking for an experienced and skilled Chef for George's Paragon Seafood Restaurant - Sanctuary Cove. For the right candidate, the position will be on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities- Menu planning and creation including long-term seasonal menus.
- Oversee all food preparation and presentation.
- Quality control of all food preparation/serving.
- Executing cooking techniques and coordinating promptly to ensure all components are ready at the same time.
- Enforcing hygiene regulations and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Staff training and rostering.
- Liaising with the Head Chef on overall kitchen operation including estimating food and labor costs.
- Ensure efficiency and smooth organization of orders and backlog orders in peak times.
- May interact with customers to understand their preferences and handle unique requests and comments.
- Other necessary duties as a Chef.
- Minimum 3 years work experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and high volume environment.
