Responsibilities

• Assisting the head chef in overseeing all kitchen operations
• Ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards
• Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Ability to prepare, cook and serve food quickly and efficiently with the key aim of high quality and efficiency
• Maintain kitchen operations to a high standard
• Be friendly & approachable & have a good customer attitude
• Full availability, able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Chef / Sous chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Chef / Sous chef in a professional kitchen.
