Lucky Management Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic full time Head Chef to join the group.
We’re looking for someone who can manage and motivate the team , deliver consistency across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service , and bring strong technical skills—especially behind the grill. About the Role- Lead and supervise the kitchen team across all services (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to a high standard with consistency.
- Strong grill and steak experience essential.
- Assist with menu planning, seasonal updates, and specials.
- Manage stock ordering, inventory, and food cost control.
- Train and support junior staff, fostering a positive team culture.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance are always maintained.
- Coordinate closely with front-of-house for efficient service flow.
- Step into leadership duties in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert III, IV, or Diploma).
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Chef, including leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong experience across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service .
- Excellent grill and steak preparation skills.
- Ability to manage a team and perform well under pressure.
- Knowledge of menu development, costing, and food safety standards.
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship available for the right candidate).
