- Prepare and cook menu items to Little Loaf’s quality and presentation standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and food quality
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety (Food Safety & HACCP)
- Assist with menu preparation and daily specials
- Manage prep, stock rotation, and minimise food wastage
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Follow all kitchen procedures and workplace safety guidelines
- Support team members and maintain a positive kitchen environment
