Overview
Chef in El-Fujairah, UAE. We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious dishes and have experience in the kitchen. The successful applicant must be able to work well under pressure, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have strong organizational skills. Creativity and an understanding of the principles of cooking are essential.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen’s operations, including recipe development and menu planning.
- Purchase ingredients and equipment as needed.
- Supervise staff members and ensure high standards of food quality.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- At least two years of professional experience as a Chef.
- Good understanding of applicable food safety laws and regulations.
- Ability to read and speak English fluently.
- Knowledge and/or experience of Middle Eastern Cuisine.
Compensation and Eligibility
Salary: 1100 per month with potential for overtime depending on business needs. We are willing to consider applicants who are not citizens or residents but who can work legally in the United Arab Emirates.
