We are looking for a creative and experienced Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. This position is ideal for an individual who has a passion for cooking and is ready to take on the challenges of restaurant cooking. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and providing excellent customer service. The salary for this position is 1100 AED per month with the potential for growth. We are open to considering applications from immigrants.

Key Responsibilities
- Create menus that showcase a variety of international cuisine
- Manage kitchen operations ensuring that all food preparation and presentation meets our high standards
- Train kitchen staff in proper food safety procedures
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, safe, and of the highest quality
- Monitor food inventory levels in order to maintain cost control
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area at all times
- Develop relationships with local suppliers in order to guarantee access to quality ingredients
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager in a busy restaurant environment
- Knowledge of hygiene regulations including HACCP standards
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task while managing time efficiently
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate others
