Key Responsibilities- Oversee all daily kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff at all levels
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Plan menus with a focus on consistency, cost control, and customer satisfaction
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Take an active, hands‑on role in food preparation and service
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, workplace health, and hygiene standards
- Control food costs and minimise waste
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
