Experience Required: min 1-2 years in a relevant role

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies
- Planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- Assisting with the training of staff
