We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at the Eagle Heights Mountain Resort. As a casual Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in our busy kitchen.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of meals and dishes, adhering to recipes and ensuring consistent quality.

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, following all health and safety protocols.

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service.

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications or experience as a Chef, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.

Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.

Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
