What you'll be doing- Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality dishes to our customers' satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes
- Ensuring all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to health and safety standards
- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the restaurant
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef in a similar hospitality environment
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Japanese Cuisine
- Excellent time management, multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Passionate about using fresh, high-quality ingredients and creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Food safety and hygiene certification
