About the role
Glorietta is seeking a passionate Chef de partie to join our growing team in North Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position which requires strong knowledge of Italian cuisine.
What you'll be doing
Preparing, shaping, and italian food
Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards in all food preparation
Collaborating with the broader kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
Continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate our food menu
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years' experience as a Chef de Partie
Knowledge of Italian cuisine
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering consistently high-quality food
Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
Relevant food safety and hygiene certifications
