Archies is a vibrant Southwest waterfront restaurant located at the beautiful Dolphin Quay. Known for our stunning views, delicious food, and exceptional service, we are now looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our busy team. We are currently recruiting for Chef, Cook and Restaurant Manager roles, all offered as permanent full-time positions.

- Demonstrated experience and expertise as a Chef, Cook, or Restaurant Manager.
- Strong attention to detail to ensuring consistency and quality in recipes.
- Ability to manage time efficiently during peak service hours.
- Maintain high standard of hygiene, safety, and sanitation.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate effectively with chefs, cooks, kitchen staff and floor staff.
- Understand and respond to customer preferences and overall budgeting.
- Design and plan diverse, creative, and appealing menus.
- Ensure all food safety and kitchen hazard prevention procedures are followed.
- Working a minimum of 38 hours per week, with flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality or culinary fields.
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a busy and dynamic environment.
