G & Z ENTERPRISES PTY , located at Rouse Hill NSW 2155, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of dishes in accordance with the venue’s standards.
- Ensuring all food preparation areas meet hygiene and safety requirements.
- Organising and maintaining workstations, equipment and supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitoring the quality and freshness of ingredients and managing stock rotation.
- Assisting with menu planning and developing knowledge of recipes, methods and techniques.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- At least one year of relevant experience as a Chef.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices and safe work procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Reliability, attention to detail and a genuine passion for cooking.
Job Type: Permanent/Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
